It's Award Season, everybody! One of the best ways to beat the winter blues is to throw an Oscar or Movie Award Party! Maybe you are a movie buff, and having friends and family over for an Oscar Award Show Party. In today's post I'm featuring some super fun and unique ideas to make your event worthy of the "BEST PARTY" award and get you a nomination for "BEST HOSTESS"!
Set the scene - TAKE ONE! I've designed some super cute award party printables, now for sale in my Etsy Shop! They're so easy to just print at home, and insert into your favorite frame, plus it looks like you've spent a lot of hours putting thought into setting up your party!
I designed this sign for your buffet or entry tabletop, and it features the famous line we all know and love from the red carpet, "Who Are You Wearing?" Even if the answer is "Lululemon" or "Levi's" from most of your guests, it's still a fun conversation starter! This sign is available here for purchase!
Another fun way to jazz up your snack or buffet table is with these tuxedo popcorn box printables! That's right, they are totally printable (just use heavy duty white cardstock) and with some scissors and tape, and can be assembled in just a few minutes.
I filled my boxes with popcorn, but you could easily fill yours with veggies, tortilla chips, or any other yummy party snack you can think of. Your guests will LOVE these, I promise!
For some more party fun, I've designed some other signs that you can set up around your party. I've got one that reads "I'd Like to Thank The Academy" and looks perfect when placed in a gold frame!

You can use these funny guest awards at your Oscar, Golden Globe, Grammy, or other red carpet Hollywood-themed Party! Simply print on heavy duty card stock or matte presentation paper and cut around the edges of each award. I then glued them into mini gift card envelopes and tied them to gold statues. Aren't the SO fun??!!
And finally, if you're a Crafty McCrafterson like me, you can purchase this SVG cutting file of an Oscar Statue. You can use this SVG file to cut out vinyl decals for your plates, banners, signs, walls, champagne flutes, place cards, and much more! The possibilities are endless!
I used mine to dress up some paper plates and also champagne flutes. I then added little black bow ties, since it is a black tie affair, after all!
