Ok guys, here.........we.......GO! I've only sat down to do this about 15 times in the past 3 months. I'm giving myself a giant pat on the back. I've wanted to start blogging my stuff and other inspiration, but sometimes it just seems so overwhelming! If any of you out there have any tips for this newbie blogger, please, show me what ya got!
Ok, so now that I'm actually here and somewhat committed, what the heck and I going to write bout? Well, I guess I will tell you a little bit about myself, who I am, and what I do!
My name is Emily, I'm a devoted wife and mom to three little ones (6,4,and 3), and I love to plan parties. I love it so much, that at the gentle nudging of family and friends, I'm starting this journey of putting my stuff out there in the universe for all to see. I'm a self-described "momarazzi" and I'm sure my kids will thank me when they are older for jockeying to get the best position for photos at soccer games. I'm quite sure of it.
Parties are my passion! I love throwing parties for my kids, hosting dinner parties for our grown-up friends, big family shabbat dinners, and holidays parties, too. You give me a theme, I'll throw you a party. Over the years, I've discovered that I've gotten pretty good at doing this, too. My background is interior architecture, but it's designing parties and decor that really gets my creative juices flowing!
I'm currently working on developing my first online course, which is pretty much as scary as it sounds (gulp!)
I want to teach all of you how to do "what I do", and I'm focusing my first course specifically on kids parties, which is my bread and butter. My course is called "Ultimate Kid Parties", and is the complete and total guide to throwing a great kids party - from choosing a theme, to party favors, decorations, activities, and more. I'm going to provide you with not only tips and tools, but actual timelines, checklists, and much, much more! I hope you are as excited about it as I am!!
